Privacy Policy

This site is run by Sjoerd Maas, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This page explains what data is collected on theceoparent.eu, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
When you download the free guide, I collect your first name, last name and email address. When you request a speaking invitation, I collect your name, email address and event details. When you join the waitlist, the fields on that form (name, email, and a few short questions) are collected directly by the embedded Google Form.
Why I collect it
To send you the guide you asked for, to reply to speaking requests, and, only if you tick the opt-in box, to keep you updated by email about the book and related work. I don't collect anything beyond what a form asks for, and I don't use tracking cookies or ad pixels on this site.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet under my Google Workspace account and, where you've opted in, in a mailing list tool used to send updates. Waitlist signups go through Google Forms directly. Emails are sent via Gmail. None of this data is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool that reports aggregate page views. It doesn't track you individually across sites.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. Just email sjoerd@theceoparent.eu and I'll sort it out, usually within a few days.
